With a philosophy of rejecting "Dual-Agency" or the practice of one agent representing both the buyer and seller in the same transaction, Rothman chose not to represent home Sellers. 

When so many of our past clients approached us to help them sell their homes with the same level of professionalism and integrity as when we helped them purchase it, they naturally became disappointed that we could not help them.

We value our past client relationships and NOW represent both home buyers and sellers.  However, we maintain our vow and uphold our pledge to act as YOUR Fiduciary Agent.
